What is an upgrade?
When your mobile phone contract finishes you can choose to buy a new one or you can choose to upgrade your phone and tariff.
The difference with an upgrade is that you are guaranteed to keep your number, keep your network and get a brand new tariff to suit you. You can also still get a huge array of gifts (eg PS3 Slim or Xbox 360) and other incentives to go with your brand new phone.
How do I know if i’m eligible to upgrade?
If your contract has just expired then good news, you should already be eligible to upgrade.
However your contract doesn’t have to have ended for you to start planning and even applying for your next upgrade.
Depending on which network you’re with you can apply for an upgrade at different times from the end of your contract. 90 days for Orange, 60 for Vodafone and 30 for O2, or Three.
Can I upgrade even if i’m on pay as you go?
If you’re on pay as you go then you can simply buy a brand new contract deal from us.

Do I need a credit check?
There is absolutely no credit check required. As long as you are eligible you are ready to get upgraded.
