I read some bad reviews for the OSPS online, but OSPS were one of the few places that had the phone I wanted, and at a reasonable price, so I went ahead and ordered it. Their customer service has been among the best I've ever experienced! The phone wasn't in stock, but they kept me fully informed every step of the way, both by phone and by email. I was always aware of the status of my order, and the delay was only a few days. The phone was then sent next day delivery by DHL. (Again they rang me to tell me, and gave me the tracking number.) Extremely helpful service from start to finish - I would happily recommend OSPS to friends.
